FAQ

What you might want to know.

What is Annoncer?

Annoncer is hospitality kitchen software, a digital kitchen display system (KDS) designed for kitchens that take service, timing and communication seriously. Built for modern restaurants and hotels, Annoncer replaces paper tickets with a connected, paperless workflow that brings kitchen and service together.

Discover Annoncer.

How does a kitchen display system work in a fine dining environment?

Orders are sent directly from your restaurant POS system to the Annoncer kitchen screens. Each station receives precise instructions on what to prepare and when, ensuring perfect timing, presentation, and coordination for multi-course fine dining service.

What's the difference between Annoncer and a standard KDS? Standard kitchen display systems are built for speed and volume. Annoncer is built for precision, communication, and the complexity of fine dining, with features like course timing, plating control, and chef-level communication.

Explore why Annoncer is more than a KDS.
What types of hospitality concepts use Annoncer? Annoncer supports a wide range of hospitality concepts, including restaurants, hotels, bars, lounges and multi outlet operations. I already have a KDS, what makes Annoncer different?

Annoncer goes beyond traditional kitchen display systems by focusing on full hospitality operations during service. Besides ticket management, Annoncer supports communication, timing, coursing and coordination between kitchen, bar and service teams.

This creates more operational control, better workflows and smoother collaboration during live service.

Can Annonder replace printed kitchen tickets?

Yes, and that’s exactly what it does. Annoncer replaces paper tickets and noisy printers with a clean, digital workflow that’s faster, clearer, and more sustainable.

What are the benefits of Annoncer for a manager? For managers, Annoncer gives clear visibility and control over daily operations. You can monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and ensure consistency across service. Why not an all in one hospitality platform?

Annoncer focuses specifically on kitchen and service operations instead of trying to do everything in one platform. We believe this matches how hospitality teams work during service, where every station and workflow has its own responsibility.

This focus allows Annoncer to go deeper into communication, timing and operational control during live service, helping teams work more efficiently together.

Can Annoncer support hotel and multi outlet operations? Yes. Annoncer is designed to support hospitality operations across restaurants, bars, lounges and hotel environments. The platform helps teams improve communication, timing and operational control between multiple outlets and departments during service.
Is Annoncer user-friendly? Even for non-technical staff?

Yes. Annoncer is designed for hospitality teams, not IT experts. The interface is visual and intuitive, so even new team members can start using it within minutes.

How does Annoncer helps chefs during busy service? Annoncer gives chefs a live overview of all open orders with color-coded statuses and timers, helping them prioritise and stay in control using digital kitchen workflow tools and real-time order tracking.
