This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the Annoncer website (“Website”). Where Index processes personal data on behalf of customers under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) contained therein shall prevail.

All systems are hosted in Microsoft Azure data centres located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
