Introduction

Index Hospitality Systems B.V. (“Index”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the Annoncer website (“Website”). Where Index processes personal data on behalf of customers under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) contained therein shall prevail.

Some of our service providers (e.g. HubSpot, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

 

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Contact requests: up to 12 months after last interaction
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months
  • Legal obligations (e.g. financial records): up to 7 years

Security

All systems are hosted in Microsoft Azure data centres located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principles, including encryption, access controls, logging, and monitoring.
